My niece, Lexi, loves to drink juice every afternoon for her snacks. Right now, she’s using her Spongebob tumbler which came free when we bought a big-sized toothpaste last month.
Last week, we saw one blank tumbler in a box when we were rearranging things here at home which she immediately claimed as hers. This was all that was left of the 120 tumblers she gaveaway for her first birthday last year. And so I decided to make her some personalized designs for her blank tumbler — 3 designs so far.
- Mao Asada [Fan/Caprice] tumbler. Did I mention previously that she has a favorite figure skater? If not then it’s Mao Asada of Japan. She’s always exclaiming “Maaaooooo” whenever she sees a picture of Mao no matter how small it is (like avatars). I also noticed she doesn’t give this kind of attention to other skaters when I’m watching figure skating videos. So to keep her from disturbing me while I’m working just to look at Mao Asada pictures and videos on my lappie I made her her very own Mao tumbler (same design as the wallpaper I made). I hope that’ll keep her from invading my laptop. Hehe…
- Mickey Mouse tumbler. I’ve made this design before which my sister didn’t use so now Lexi can have it. =)
- Lilo and Stitch tumbler. My sister said she doesn’t like Lilo and Stitch but she likes the design. Lexi, however, loves it. You see… she LOVES dogs. She knows the names of all the dogs here in the house and she loves seeing her picture with the dogs in the tumbler. For her, our dog Popcorn is Stitch and she’s Lilo. She’s enjoying playing with Cream-O in the tumbler pictures. Since I did not find her picture with Robbie, I just used her picture hugging her dog stuffed toy given by her granny (which she calls Aero like Mao Asada’s dog).
So here’s what her personalized tumblers look like. I’ll let Lexi pick one she likes most and let her use it… maybe 1 design each week? =)
I still can’t find the design I made for her 1st birthday so I can’t include it here.
